Will I be unconscious while hypnotized?
Answered By Hank Taylor, Editor
In general, people under the hypnosis stage
become more receptive to suggestions causing
some changes in the way they feel, think,
act, and behave. There is also some instance
when the subject experiences a subconscious
brain stage.
On the other hand, hypnosis application
can affect the patient's consciousness
depending upon the execution of hypnosis
command.
Unconsciousness can be experienced in
hypnosis if the execution was from the
awakening stage. From that stage blood
pressure, reflexes, psychochemical and EEG
level increases that affect the subconscious
stage.
